This is a plastic model assembly kit of the M60A1 Reactive Armor, the main battle tank of the US Marine Corps that was one of the first to be deployed by the US military in response to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in 1990. This model faithfully recreates the M60A1, a veteran tank that began deployment to the Marine Corps in 1965, and its unique style, which features reactive armor (explosive reactive armor) attached like armor to protect the body from anti-tank missiles. The cast surface of the turret and the canvas of the main gun base have a textured finish. A wide range of accessory parts are also included, including a spare wheel, jerry cans, and a storage bag for the camouflage net support poles. A tank commander figure and a loader torso figure are included.
